Amit Shah reviews security situation in Jammu and Kashmir

Srinagar. Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday reviewed the security situation in Jammu and Kashmir. Officials said Shah, who is in Jammu and Kashmir on a three-day visit, chaired a high-level meeting to review the security situation in the union territory.

He said that Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Director of Intelligence Bureau, Director Generals of various Central Armed Police Forces, Police and senior military officers were present in the meeting. Shah will address a public meeting at Shaukat Ali Stadium in Baramulla district before returning to Srinagar. He will lay the foundation of many development projects and will also inaugurate several completed projects. (Language)
