Brent crude has reached $109.24 per barrel. Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said on rising oil prices that in developed countries including America, Canada, the price of petrol has increased by 50 percent in a year but in India it has increased only by 5 percent.
