According to the figures provided, the film earned Rs 10.5 crore on the first day of its release on Friday. Whereas on Saturday it increased to Rs 13.32 crore. Due to the increasing interest of the audience towards the film, its earnings increased to Rs 15.3 crore on Sunday. People associated with the film trade industry believe that ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ is doing well at the box office despite the permission to open cinemas in Maharashtra with 50 percent capacity.
