Another notification issued said that the President, in exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 222 of the Constitution of India, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, Justice Pankaj Mithal ) as the Chief Justice of the High Court of Rajasthan. Justice Ali Mohammed Magrey was born on 8 December 1960 in Wattoo Village of Kulgam district of Kashmir. He graduated from Kashmir University with LLB in 1984, started his practice in district courts. (IANS)
