Lucknow. Samajwadi Party President and former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav took a dig at Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath over the growing terror of land mafia in Ayodhya. A temple has been built for Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on the Faizabad-Prayagraj highway in Bharatkund area, about 25 km from Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya, where he is regularly worshipped.
SP chief Akhilesh Yadav tweeted, ‘The uncle of the chief minister who has been built in Ayodhya has complained to the chief minister that it was built with the intention of illegally occupying the land.’ In the same tweet, Yadav questioned, ‘Now tell the Chief Minister whether he will take action against such a land mafia nephew or a special squad will come from Delhi.’
Prabhakar Maurya, a local resident who built the temple, had said in the past, “We have built a temple of Yogi ji, who is building a temple of Lord Ram. The way the Chief Minister has done public welfare works, he has got a place like a deity, he said. That’s why I got the idea of building a chief minister’s temple. (Language)
