Akhilesh showed his attitude on the first day of the monsoon session

Lucknow. In Uttar Pradesh, even before the Monsoon session of the legislature began, on Monday, the Samajwadi Party (SP) was seen protesting on the road of Lucknow. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, setting the tone of the opposition on the very first day of the monsoon session, targeted the BJP government at the center on the road. The matter was of protest against inflation, so the state government, while marching on foot from the SP office, stopped Akhilesh Yadav and SP MLAs going to the assembly on the road itself. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took a jibe at this march of SP. He said that expecting the SP to obey the rules, courtesy is a figment of the imagination. It is now clear from this sequence of events on Monday that such a war between SP and BJP will continue in UP.

Due to this political battle, the proceedings of the first day in the monsoon session of the Uttar Pradesh legislature lasted only till 25. In the Vidhan Bhavan, along with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), leaders of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), Congress and other parties took part in the condolence motion and expressed condolences to BJP MLA Arvind Giri. No SP member could reach the house. All the SP MLAs kept battling with the police on the road for the march on foot. Progressive Samajwadi Party chief and SP MLA Shivpal Singh Yadav also did not reach the house.
In such a situation, the house was adjourned till 11 am on Tuesday after a condolence motion on the death of BJP MLA Arvind Giri of Gola Gokarna of Lakhimpur Kheri.

No place for anarchy in UP: Yogi

During the condolence motion, CM Yogi Adityanath claimed that there is no place for anarchy anywhere in the state. The double engine government is working without discrimination for the interests of 25 crore people of the state. The government of double engine is giving benefits of the schemes of the government to the person sitting on the last rung of the society. On the foot march of SP, CM Yogi Adityanath said that there is no place for anarchy in the state. There is nothing wrong in speaking democratically to any party and individual. If they (Samajwadi Party) would have sought permission, the administration would have provided them whatever the easy route would be. I think to expect the Samajwadi Party to follow some rule or any etiquette, it can only be called a figment of the imagination.

On the other hand, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav had made it clear before the monsoon session that this time things are not going to be as easy for Yogi Adityanath. Under this strategy, Akhilesh surrounded the Yogi government on the question of the state’s poor roads, drought and flood, farmers were not getting compensation, rising inflation, unemployment and bad law and order. During the session, Akhilesh talked about raising these issues of public interest which exposed the flaws of the BJP. Through this, Akhilesh also wants to set the tone for the preparations for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Due to this strategy, a foot march was taken out in SP on the issue of inflation and law and order. It was difficult for the BJP to counter the issues of public interest of the SP. Inflation, unemployment and law and order are all hot issues. In such a situation, when Yogi came forward, he questioned the character of SP. Now this politics will be seen continuously in UP, today its strong signs have been seen.
