Ajay Devgan and Rakul Preet starrer ‘De De Pyar De 2’ to release on November 14
Mumbai The makers have announced the release date of Ajay Devgan-Rakul Preet Singh’s ‘De De Pyar De 2’. Sharing a post on social media on Thursday, the makers said that the film will be released in theaters on November 14, 2025. This time with Ajay Devgan and Rakul Preet Singh in the sequel of comedy, romance and family drama ‘De De Pyaar De’, South Indian actor R. Madhavan will also be seen. Announcing the release date on its official X handle, T-Series said, ‘De De Pyar De’ will be released on 14 November 2025. The film is directed by Anshul Sharma. Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishna Kumar, Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg and the story written by Tarun Jain-Luv Ranjan duo. According to sources related to the film, R Madhavan’s entry will bring an exciting twist to the story. The film has been shot in Punjab, Mumbai as well as London. ‘De De Pyar De 2’ is the sequel to the 2019 film ‘De De Pyar De’, in which Ajay Devgan, Tabu and Rakul Preet Singh worked.

The story of ‘De De Pyaar De 2’ will start from where the previous one ended. The story revolves around 55-year-old NRI and divorcee Ashish Mehra (Ajay Devgn). Who falls in love with Ayesha (Rakul Preet Singh), a girl almost half his age and introduces her to his family. After this, the circumstances take such a form that everyone gets surprised. The script of ‘De De Pyaar De 2’ was finalized in August 2023, while its production was officially announced in March 2024. The film is directed by Anshul Sharma. Bhushan Kumar and Krishna Kumar of T-Series and Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg of Luv Films have produced the film.
