Ayra has shared a picture of herself on Instagram in which she is seen taking a mirror selfie. While sharing this picture, he has written a long post and told about his condition.

While sharing the post, he wrote – ‘I have started getting anxiety attacks. I get nervous and cry anytime. Then I become happy. But I have never had an anxiety attack before. This is the difference between a panic and a panic attack.

These are symptoms

Ayra further wrote – ‘As far as I understand it, it also has physical symptoms like rapid heart beat, breathlessness. Besides crying. I don’t know what a panic attack is like. It’s a really crappy feeling. My doctor said that if this is regular then I will have to tell my doctor/psychiatrist. ,

‘If anyone needs words to describe how they are feeling and this can be of any help. Because of this I feel very helpless. Because I really want to sleep (it usually happens at night for me) but can’t sleep because it doesn’t stop. I try to identify my fear, talk to myself. But if it hits you once, I can’t find a way to stop it.
