Kunal Khemu remembers Nani by sharing a post on Instagram!

Kunal Khemu’s maternal grandmother passed away on Sunday. By sharing a post on his Instagram, he wrote in memory of his grandmother –

“I lost my grandmother today. We all used to call him Maji. She really deserved this name. She loved all of us like a mother. And every time we were in her company, she worked very hard to make us all comfortable and happy. I have such special and wonderful memories of them, of telling me stories, feeding me, taking care of me, and sometimes buying me things that my parents sometimes didn’t allow and always gave me. Telling yourself to believe in yourself and not be disappointed by anything. She was my biggest cheerleader. He lived a full life. Filled with laughter, sorrow, struggle and pain. He is a symbol of strength, compassion and love for me. I don’t remember ever seeing him cry. Always saw him busy in some work or the other. Making things and always making sure that everyone is well taken care of and fed, especially me. I will always miss you maji”
