Virat Kohli: Indian cricket fans are eagerly waiting for the India-Pakistan match in the T20 World Cup. The eyes of both the teams will be on winning this match at any cost. Meanwhile, Virat Kohli has given a statement before the match against Pakistan in the T20 World Cup.
Indian skipper Kohli did not add to the hype surrounding Pakistan’s match against Pakistan in the T20 World Cup, saying it was like a normal match for him despite the huge demand for tickets. The Indian team has never lost to Pakistan in the World Cup. Pakistan captain Babar Azam has said that he is sure that his team will definitely win this match on October 24.
Kohli said that he does not believe in making big claims. When asked if he finds the India-Pakistan match any different. “I’ve never felt that way,” he said.
He said, “I feel it like other matches. I know there is a lot of hype about this match, especially about the demand and sale of tickets.” He joked that he had to refuse many friends who asked for tickets. He said, “At this time the prices of these tickets have gone up tremendously. That’s all I know. My friends are asking me for tickets from all sides and I keep telling them ‘no’.
Kohli said, “For us it is only a match of cricket which should be played in the right spirit which we will play. The atmosphere may have looked different from outside or from the view of the audience, but the players’ perspective remains professional. We take every match like a normal match.
