Series was named after India
After losing the first match in the 3-match T20 series, it was a do or die match for New Zealand. The Kiwi batsmen made a quick start but the Indian spinners later stopped their pace. New Zealand’s batsmen could hang only 153 runs on the score board. The innings of Indian opener Rohit and Rahul proved this target to be very small and gave Team India a 7-wicket victory. With this, India won the series 2-0.
