If government sources are to be believed regarding this conversation, PM Modi will talk to the President of Ukraine at 11.30 and Russian President Putin at 1.30 pm. Let us tell you that Russia and Ukraine will also be face to face for their third round of talks today. However, the earlier two rounds of talks did not yield any result.
